Delhi Airport Terminal 3 has Money Exchange counters in the baggage claim area and first arrival hall.

Most private currency exchange counters are open between 9:30am -7:30pm in tourist areas.

We also noticed Foreign Exchange counters in big malls in the NCR area like:

1). Mark Forex Hub at Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj and Gurgaon

Money exchange counters in Delhi malls are open from 10AM - 9PM usually.
